I too had glasses for short sightedness in high school. I didn't get around to trying what I remembered until I had my first child. One exercise that seemed particularly helpful was the deliberate focusing on something far away. Everyday when hanging washing I would try to see the birds in the trees in the park over my back fence.

I managed to go from needing glasses for driving (unable to read signs until I was about 10m from them) to no script at all and 13 years later I still haven't had to get glasses again. I may need glasses as I get older for normal age problems but otherwise 20/20 vision and a slight astigmatism.

Best wishes
Jen in NSWJen's Busy Dayshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01556286599575103565noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7959711911969584931.post-13569154282609733282011-07-05T12:20:20.263+10:002011-07-05T12:20:20.263+10:00Haha my mom always told me that i needed to eat lo...Haha my mom always told me that i needed to eat lot's of carrots but i like your exercises too!

Thanks
LeontienLeontienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15311969195332643600noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7959711911969584931.post-24474599799056994932011-07-04T23:13:50.670+10:002011-07-04T23:13:50.670+10:00LOVE your posts!
